Appearance: It has a nice colour dark cherry red, with garnet hues, in the edge.
Nose: Emphasize its intense spicy aromas, with toasted wood and mementos red fruit.
Mouth: Good pass in the mouth, it is tasty balanced, round and persistent.
Good with: Meats, especially stews and grilled, cured and old cheeses and hunting. Consumed best between 15° and 17°C.
