Semi-sweet young white wine, made by controlled fermentation without all its sugars having turned into alcohol, thus leaving a soft sweetness. Made 100% with grapes of the Zalema variety, native to Huelva County, it leaves the memory of thyme, rosemary and fennel on the palate. The selected grapes are crushed with the latest technology, respecting their pale color, their soft flavor and their characteristic fragrance, giving rise to this lineage wine.

TASTING NOTE

At sight it has a pale yellow color, very bright, and on the nose it is clean, highlighting the herbaceous notes. In the mouth it presents a pleasant sweetness, nothing excessive, combined with good acidity. It is unctuous and intense in the retronasal way.

Cheeses, especially goat, asparagus, seafood and fish.
