TASTING NOTE

Clean in color, it presents straw yellow tones and pearl reflections. Very bright, almost colorless, reaching yellow with greenish hues. On the nose it stands out for its primary aromas, characteristic of the zalema grape, such as ripe white fruit, banana, pear and apple. Very clean, with floral dots. Already in the mouth it is light, very tasty, dry, soft, fresh and balanced, with good retronasal route and an elegant finish.

PAIRING

It is a perfect wine to accompany both a tapas and a meal, especially with creams, seafood and fish.
