Made from a careful selection of Macabeo and Parellada grapes, collected in a selected vintage and manual of our best payments. After unloading and racking the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, obtaining a unique and unique base wine. Subsequently, the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle by the traditional method, providing a rosary of fine bubbles that are maintained over time. After being subjected to a nine-month maturation process in the bottle, the disgorgement is produced and filled with an expedition liquor that gives it that dry and sharp character that envelops the entire mouth.

TASTING NOTE

Pale and bright yellow, with a fine and persistent bubble, presentation on the nose primary aromas reminiscent of the apple, with soft nuances of yeast and bakery. In the mouth it is elegant, with a very good pace and good acidity, and very broad in the retronasal way.

Ideal with Asian food and fatty dishes such as foie.
