Palacios de Doñana Semiseco

Made from a careful selection of Macabeo and Parellada grapes, collected in a selected vintage and manual of our best payments. After unloading and racking the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, obtaining a unique and unique base wine. Subsequently, the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle by the traditional method, providing a rosary of fine bubbles that are maintained over time. After being subjected to a nine-month maturation process in the bottle, the disgorgement is produced and filled with a sweet expedition liquor that gives it that semi-dry character that sweetens its entry and softens it on the palate.

TASTING NOTE

Pale and bright yellow, with a very fine and persistent bubble, it presents in the nose primary aromas reminiscent of the apple, with soft nuances of yeast and bakery. In the mouth it is elegant, very good and very smooth due to the added sugar in the expedition liquor, and very broad in the retronasal route.
